AutoCAD 2005 Sheet Set Manager:

Archiving a Sheet Set

It has never been easier to archive your documents. The following steps show you how.

 

Notes:

►  Click here for the table of contents.

   This tutorial is designed for AutoCAD 2005.

    In this tutorial user entries are in boldface.

    The ¿  symbol represents pressing Enter.

► Make sure to download the "scarborough_project.zip" file. Unzip the file to C:\.

1. On the SSM dialog box, click the Scarborough Project title. Right-click. From the shortcut menu select Archive. The "Archive a Sheet Set" dialog box will appear [Figure 26]. You can use the Sheets tab to deselect one or more sheets. You may also add more files to the archive with the help of Add File button. The button is available the Files Tree and Files Table tabs.

 

2. Click the Modify Archive Setup button. Change the settings of the dialog box as shown in Figure 27. Click OK in both dialog boxes to create the archive file.
